The services provided that are linked to the Information Systems (platforms) of the GGXTDIX are the following:

• Out-of-court debt settlement mechanism
• Vulnerable Debtor Certificate
• Programme of public contribution to vulnerable debtors (Interim programme)
• Statement of your money debts
• Code of Conduct
• Certificate of classification of borrowers with performing debts in Swiss francs

In addition, you can book a digital appointment with a representative of GGXTDIX to receive General Debt Management Information by telephone contact with a representative of GGXTDIX, which are provided without connection to the Information System of (GGXTDIX).

In order to book your digital appointment for the services provided related to GGXTDIX Information Systems, you will need to register:

• your name
• your email address
• your contact phone number
• your role in the GGXTDIX platform
• the issue
• the Tax Identification Number (AFM) of the applicant on the GGXTDIX platform
• the application number on the GGXTDIX platform

In order to book your digital appointment for a service provided without connection to any Information System of the GGXTDIX (General Debt Management Information), you will have to fill in:

• your name
• your email address
• your contact phone number

For your convenience, there is a field in the application where you can fill in a brief description of your case.

Please note that the appointment can be booked for you. However, you should be you in the telephone conversation.

At the beginning of the telephone service, for the services provided in connection with information systems (platforms) of the GGXTDIX, you will be asked to identify by telephone your declared data in the booking (name, tax identification number (AFM), application number). However, in the case of a reservation made by telephone for general information on debt management, you will only be asked to confirm the details provided in your reservation in order to continue the conversation with the representative of the GGXTDIX.
