Natural and legal persons may submit the registrable (notarial) deeds to which you are party and which relate to your properties located in cadastrial areas where Cadastral offices operate.

You may also choose, on completion of the procedure, to receive the Certificate of Registration of a Registrable Deed.

The application for registration, to be accepted, must be applied between 08.30 and 13.30 on working days in order to receive a time priority. Excluding working days which may be local public holidays or where it has been decided that the local land registry office to which you are applying is closed.

You will need to:

enter your Taxisnet credentials for natural persons, or or your legal person's Taxisnet credentials for legal entities
attach the notarial deed and the necessary documents on a case-by-case basis
pay the fees due for the deed to be registered

Process steps

Upon completion of the above steps and if you have opted for it, the Registration Certificate of Recordable Deed is available in the application.
