You can appeal against a notice of violation at the Hellenic Fire Service.

You will need to fill in:

• either your personal web banking codes or your personal Taxisnet credentials (after registering at National Communication Register (EMEP), to confirm your mobile phone number)
• the details of the company you may represent
• the required information to substantiate your request

Once your objection has been reviewed by the competent Fire Services Administration of the Regional Unit (DIPY/DIPYN), the response will be posted in your digital inbox, and you will be notified via email and SMS.

The response document incorporates all the validity features of gov.gr records (unique code, QR code, advanced electronic seal) and may be submitted for any lawful use.
