Through the Register of Wills you can apply to:

• look for a will filed with a notary after 01/11/2025
• issue a certificate of publication or non-publication of a will
• you are granted a record of the publication of a will
• you are granted a record of the declaration of the main will

You will need to:

• fill in your personal Taxisnet credentials
• fill in your personal information
• fill in the full details of the deceased and the death certificate or a document attesting to his/her indebtedness
• issue and pay the relevant fee
