You can apply to receive a copy of a telephone call to the Police Emergency services. 
The service is available for telephone calls in the Police Emergency services since 2010.

You will need to fill in:

• your personal Taxisnet credentials (after registering in to confirm your mobile phone number)
• your email address
• the information required to substantiate your request
• issue and pay the applicable fee via the application e-paravolo (fee code 2051)

Once the version of the copy is completed, it will be sent to your mailbox and you will be informed by email and sms.
