Natural persons and legal representatives who sell and distribute tobacco, alcohol, and other non-tobacco products are required to register with the Tobacco, Alcohol, and Other Non-Tobacco Products Control Registry. In case of non-registration In case of sale or distribution of products by non-registered persons, the sales license or the relevant Activity Code Number (KAD) will be revoked.

Registration requirements:

• you must have a license to sell the products, where required
• you must meet the requirements of the relevant legislation on the protection of minors

You will need to enter:

• your personal Taxisnet credentials
• your Tax Identification Number (AFM), or that of your sole proprietorship or legal entity
• the Activity Code Number (KAD) relevant to the sale of products
