Doctors can ask for a certificate of your current professional status. The certificate may include any disciplinary or criminal sanctions, including the temporary or permanent suspension of your license to practice your profession.

You will need to:

• enter your credentials in the PIS application
• attach the necessary supporting documents

The certificate will be sent to you electronically but you will have to collect the original from the PIS after by booking.
