  • a father who has sole custody, following a final court decision or due to the death of the mother, of at least one (1) living minor child with a disability rating of at least sixty-seven percent (67%) for life or with a disability rate of at least fifty percent (50%) suffering from insulin-dependent diabetes.

When to apply:

  • if you are a conscript: from the invitation to enlist until the date of your enlistment in the Armed Forces. If you apply later, the exemption is granted if you were eligible on the date of enlistment
