You may request exemption from fulfilling your military service if you are the sole or eldest son of deceased parents and have at least one (1) unmarried and minor or unmarried and with a disability rate of at least sixty-seven percent (67%) for the life of a brother or sister.

When to apply:

• If you are a conscript: from call-up to the date of your entry into the Armed Forces. If it is submitted later, the exemption is granted if you were eligible on the enlistment date.
• If you are a Private Soldier: anytime after your rank
• If you are a deserter after stopping your desertion

• fill in your personal Taxisnet credentials
• attach  any supporting documents
