You can change the following details of the translation of your restricted or revoked European patent (B3):

• your name, legal form or registered office
• your personal details
• your attorney at law or representative
• your patent licence
• your pledges
• the cancellation of your licence by court order
• the statement of waiver of your rights
• the conversion of the amendment patent into a main patent

You will need to:

• enter your Industrial Property Organisation (HIPO) credentials
• pay the fees, if applicable

The result will be displayed in the HIPO Inbox.
