You may submit an external report, ensuring your anonymity, if you have become aware of and/or obtained information about an illegal business practice, provided that you belong to the following categories of persons:

• Employees in a public/private institution.
• Shareholders or members of the Board of Directors of a management or supervisory body of the entity.
• Self-employed, consultants, home workers.
• Employees under the supervision and instructions of contractors, subcontractors, suppliers.
• Self-employed persons, trainees (paid/unpaid), volunteers.

You will need to:

• provide the required information regarding your relationship with the company and the incident provide details of the alleged violation
• attach any documents necessary, as applicable, to better substantiate your report.

The eligibility of filing a report extends also to employment relationships that have not yet begun or have already ended
