Natural or legal persons may lodge a formal complaint about alleged infringements of competition in the electronic communications and postal services markets.

The complaint may concern:

• price-fixing agreements for products/services
• agreements for allocation of customers or geographical areas
• preventing new providers or products/services from entering the market
• anti-competitive practices by dominant companies
• abuse of a dominant position

You will need to:

• provide your personal identification details and information about your business activity
• provide the identification details and business activity of the reported company
• describe the factual circumstances that constitute the alleged violation
• provide information regarding the relevant markets and services
• attach the relevant supporting documents and evidence, to substantiate your complaint.

The complainant may make a reasoned request to remain anonymous and/or have his/her complaint treated confidentially.

The submission of a formal complaint is the official channel of communication with the Hellenic Telecommunications and Post Commission (EETT), for initiating the investigation of a case
