You can submit a query, request or or complaint to the Hellenic Telecommunications and Post Commission (EETT) concerning courier services or other postal services.
Before contacting the EETT, you need to make sure that you have already submitted your inquiry, your inquiry, request, or complaint to the postal service provider, who is required to respond within 15 days or within 40 days if additional information is requested.
You can attach up to 5 documents to better substantiate your complaint.
You will need:
- the name of the postal service provider you are filing a complaint against
- the shipping number of the postal item
- the unique reference number (tracking number) given to you by the provider
- any written communication with the provider
