If you advertise the rental of real estate on digital platforms, you need to register such real estate in the register of property for short-term accommodation.

Following this, you need to:

• submit a short-term accommodation declaration by the 20th of the month following the day of departure of a tenant
• finalise your registration no later than 28 February of the year of submission of the income tax returns
