Property owners with the assistance of an authorized engineer can enter the details of building factor transfer titles in the Digital Land Bank (pilot service) in order to ensure priority for their future disposal and utilization.

You will need your personal Taxisnet credentials (after registering at National Communication Register (EMEP), to confirm your details).

Procedure

1. The process is initiated by the authorized engineers (civil engineers, agronomists and surveyors engineers, architectural engineers, spatial and urban planning engineers), using the codes of the Technical Chamber of Greece, registering the details of the property, the co-owners and the title.

Indicatively, the following are registered:

• the KAEK of the property
• the identity of the co-owners of the security;
• the title number
• the Square Meters
• elements of the objective value system

2. The owners/co-owners then receive an update at the email address they have declared to the National Communication Register (EMEP), in order to enter the service and confirm the details of the registration registered by the engineer, in order to finalise the registration of the title deed.

3. The registration is carried out and completed with the confirmation of the data by all the owners of the property title.
