You can apply for the termination of additional military service term to which you are obligated, for reasons of force majeure or insurmountable obstacles.

When to apply:

At any time after the imposition of the additional military service term and before the date of your final discharge from the ranks of the Armed Forces.

You will need:

• your personal Taxisnet credentials
• a formal declaration in which you need to invoke the reasons of force majeure or of the insurmountable obstacles, so as to eliminate the additional military service term
• any other documents evidencing the reasons of force majeure or insurmountable obstacles that you invoke for eliminating your additional military service term
