You can lodge a complaint about alleged infringements of competition in the electronic communications and postal services sectors.

The complaint may concern:

• price-fixing agreements for products/services
• agreements for placement of customers or geographical areas
• preventing new providers or products/services from entering the market
• anti-competitive practices by dominant companies
• abuse of a dominant position

You will need to:

• fill in your personal information
• fill in the details of the company complained of
• attach the necessary on a case-by-case basis information and supporting documents to better substantiate your complaint

The complainant may make a reasoned request to remain anonymous and/or to treat his complaint confidential.

The submission of a branded complaint is the official channel of communication with the Hellenic Telecommunications and Post Commission (EETT), and may trigger an ex officio investigation by the Hellenic Telecommunications and Post Commission (EETT).
