You may transfer ownership of your vehicle, which has a maximum permissible laden mass (MAMPHO) of up to 4 tonnes.

Conditions:

1. The vehicle must be FIX with MAMFO up to 4 tons in motion and have a Greek registration certificate.
2. The ownership of the PFI is owned in its entirety (100%) by a natural person (Seller) without retention of ownership due to the crediting of the price and is to be transferred in its entirety (100%) to another natural person Buyer), without retention of ownership due to the crediting of the price.
3. There should be no traffic tax debts, both for the current year and for previous years, including any fines.
4. There must be a Technical Inspection Report (KTEO) in force.
5. For the FIH there should be no commitment in the Register of Vehicle Authorisations.

The steps of the process

The application is initiated by the seller and completed by the buyer.

1. The seller selects the vehicle to be transferred and the Transport Service of the Region where the registration certificate of the FIX has been issued and to which the application will be sent.
2. Enters the necessary details and details of the buyer.
3. It attaches the necessary supporting documents and awaits confirmation from the buyer.
4. The buyer receives an update with a written message (sms) and an email to enter the application, to accept the transaction.

You will need to:

• fill in your personal Taxisnet credentials (after registering in the National Communication Register (EMEP) to confirm your mobile phone number)
• enter the details of the buyer
• attach the necessary supporting documents

In order to complete the procedure, the seller and the buyer will come to the Transport Service of the Region, which was declared in the application for the receipt of the new registration certificate, presenting:

• the vehicle's valid registration certificate (completed and signed by both parties)
• State license plates of the truck
• proof of payment of the vehicle transfer fee (for Regions where the fee has not been paid with an RF payment code).

The final marketing authorisation is a title deed and will bear the remark ‘not for circulation’. In order for the FIX to be able to circulate, the new owner must proceed with the registration of the vehicle.
