Interested growers can submit their application for registration in the Industrial Hemp Growers Register electronically. Submitting an application to the registry via the digital licensing service is mandatory and is a prerequisite for the legal cultivation of industrial hemp in Greece. 

You will need to fill in:

• your personal Taxisnet access credentials, if you are a natural person, or the Taxisnet codes of the legal entity, if you are applying as a legal entity.
• the details of the agricultural plots
• the integrated management and control system (OSDE) 
• the areas
• the water use permits
• the coordinates of the agricultural parcel
• the certified varieties used
• the details of processors
• the details of the Board of Directors (for legal entities)

Upon submission of your application, you will receive an application protocol number and will be notified by email whether your application has been approved or not.
