Organisations and businesses that operate networks of tele-night infrastructures, either directly or by contract, are obliged to enter in this Register all the details of your networks.

In particular, please provide information to the Register:

• spot installation
• login (link)
• network coverage
• provision of broadband services (Service_offering)

Before entering the data, you will need to register in the Register by sending application to the broadband@mindigital.gr this will include the users acting on your behalf.

Once your application has been approved, you will need to:

• fill in your Taxisnet credentials (after registering in National Communication Register (EMEP) to confirm your mobile phone number)
• upload the 2 files with the required information

The submission of information on your networks takes the form of two digital files:

• spatial data (‘.shp’ format)
• delineated text (“.csv” format)

After the first submission, data shall be reported annually, except for FTTH wired or coaxial cable coverage points, which shall be reported as often as necessary.

In addition, public bodies can access the Register of Networks, for the procedures that concern you, using the Public Administration Codes and once your access to the platform has been approved by the competent service of the Ministry of Digital Governance.
