If you are a natural person owner or usufructuary of a closed or open residence you can issue a Certificate of Eligibility and apply for funding for a grant in the Action "Renovation of Housing" of the National Strategic Reference Framework (ESPA) 2021-2027, if you meet the conditions.

Every natural person and their associates in income tax (spouse and children/protected members) is entitled to submit one (1) Application for Funding for "closed" residence and/or one (1) Application for Funding for the principal place of residence (open residence), irrespective of the number of potentially eligible dwellings for which it will issue Eligibility Certificates. Therefore, during the second stage for the submission of the Funding Application, you must select the real estate(s) you wish to be included in this Action.
