If you own a professional fishing vessel, you can declare the commencement of fishing tourism activity, if your vessel:

• has a total length of up to 15 metres
• has a professional authorisation to fish with gear other than bottom trawlers with nets (i.e. it is a trawling vessel) and boat-towed seine (i.e. it is a boat seine)
• meets the conditions applicable to professional tourist vessels in accordance with Article 3 par 1c of the relevant Joint Ministerial Decision
• has a certificate of seaworthiness (safety certificate, general inspection protocol, permit to operate, as the case may be)
• has special accommodation for passengers, so that they are all safe during the fishing activity and at the same time they do not obstruct it.

You will need to:

• enter your personal Taxisnet credentials
• attach the required supporting documents (see them in the application form)
