You can declare the temporary immobilization of a private use truck (FIX) or private use bus (LIX).

The procedure is completed by physically visiting the competent Regional Transport Service.

Requirements

1. You must have full (100%) ownership of the truck or possession based on a purchase agreement with retention of title or a finance lease agreement. (leasing)
2. The vehicle must have a registration certificate issued in Greece.
3. To process your application, you must select the Regional Transport Authority where the FIX or LICH registration certificate was issued.

You will need to:

• enter your personal Taxisnet credentials
• declare the vehicle's storage address

You will be notified by email to submit the vehicle registration certificate and license plates to the relevant Regional Transport Service. The vehicle will be temporarily immobilized in the Registry and a certificate of immobilization will be issued and given to you. The registration details (license and plates) will be kept in the Region for the entire duration of the immobilization.
