You can evaluate the Public Administration and submit your views on your level of satisfaction with the use of the services of Public Administration bodies.

The purpose of the service is to improve your transactions with the public administration and to remove its dysfunctions, by measuring satisfaction with the services provided by public administration bodies. The questionnaire is drawn up by the Ministry of the Interior and updated periodically, as to the range of bodies and/or services it includes, as well as the parameters examined.

All adult natural persons have the right of access to the application, provided that they are registered in the National Communication Register (EMEP) with an address of residence within Greece. You will need to fill in your personal Taxisnet credentials.

Questionnaire replies are processed in a grouped and anonymised manner. The results of the survey shall be publicly posted. When submitting the questionnaire, the information of its final submission is recorded, and, in an independent database, the replies to the questionnaire, which include data on the age group range, municipality, municipal unit, municipal community and postal code of the respondents, for statistical purposes of processing citizens’ answers, in order not to be able to relate the respondent to the answers. In free text replies, users are kindly requested to avoid personal references or references that can individually identify the user.
