You can apply to get a utility model certificate for three-dimensional objects of a specified shape and form as long as such objects:

• address a technical problem
• have novelty characteristics
• are industrially applicable

You can also submit additional documents in your file.

Patent granting process steps:

• you submit your application
• you have a period of 4 months to correct or eliminate deficiencies
• the certificate is issued

You will need to:

• register and identify yourself with the Hellenic Industrial Property Organization (HIPO)
• pay the fees for each phase of the process
