You can apply for issuing a certificate for the the translation of your restricted or revoked European patent in relation to:

• validity
• legal status
• application filing
• patent status
• EP application status
• SPC application status
• payment of fees
• patent revocation status
• declined application status
• registration of amendments

You should know at least one of the following numbers:

• of filing with the Industrial Property Organization (HIPO)
• of the e-filing case
• of the HIPO patent granting
• of the EP granting

You will need to:

• enter your HIPO credentials
• pay the fees for each phase of the process
