If you are a lawyer having legally represented citizens in trials and want to access the court decisions concerning them, you can:
retrieve a simple copy of the decisions
request a digitally signed copy of such decisions

Also, you can request access to other court decisions (i.e. of trials in which you were not a legal representative) by justifying your request.

You will need:

• either your personal Taxisnet credentials
• or the access credentials of the Council of Bar Associations
• to pay the fee required for retrieving digitally signed copies of court decisions

Currently, the service is being provided for specific Courts . Gradually, all courts will be included in the service. Especially for decisions from the Athens Court of First Instance visit the related service.
