You can create, save and share documents and files using a browser.
The capabilities of the grafis service are:

• create new documents and files
• edit existing documents
• edit document together with other users
• categorisation, organisation and storage of documents and files
• importing documents and files from external sources and exporting them
• adding multimedia to documents (e.g. photos, videos, etc.)
• ability to register a file via a dedicated interface from any computer with an internet connection
• organise and assign tasks using calendars
• organise personal contacts
