You can submit a solemn declaration to the National Register of Property Fire Prevention Measures until the 15th each year if you are owners, usufructuaries, tenants, subtenants of land and other uncovered areas, located:

• areas within approved zoning plans
• areas within the boundaries of settlements without an approved zoning plan
• areas (zones) within a radius of one hundred (100) meters from the boundaries of items (i) and (ii), provided they are not subject to forestry legislation, according to the forestry map of the area
• plots with buildings located outside the plan, provided they are not subject to forestry legislation, in accordance with the forestry map of the area

You will need to fill in:

• your personal Taxisnet credentials
• the National Cadastre Code Number of the plot or the coordinates of the plot if the plot is located in an area where the Cadastre is not in operation (i.e. the cadastre is in progress or is under suspension)
