Digital education and empowerment of older people and people with disabilities

Citizens aged 65 and over and persons with a disability rating of 50% or more can apply for the Pilot Program "Digital Education and Empowerment of the Elderly and Persons with Disabilities".

  • your personal Taxisnet credentials
  • your Social Insurance Number (AMKA)

Each candidate beneficiary may submit one (1) electronic Application for Participation. In the application form, they can select up to one (1) municipality and up to four (4) Digital Empowerment Hubs for the Elderly in the selected municipality.

For citizens over the age of 65, the application deadline is extended until March 18, 2026, at 11:59 p.m., while for individuals with a disability rating of 50% or higher, the deadline is extended until March 22, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.
