You can submit your complaint to the Public Employment Service (DYPA) on matters within its remit. 

To submit your complaint, choose the Public Employment Service (DYPA). Then from the Complaints category select one of the following options available:

1. Complaint of inappropriate behaviour towards citizens by employees of the Public Employment Service (DYPA)
2. Complaint of unjustified failure to serve citizens by employees of the Public Employment Service (DYPA)
3. Complaint of non-timely handling of citizens' cases by employees of the Public Employment Service (DYPA)

You will need to:

• fill in your personal Taxisnet credentials
• enter your phone number and e-mail address (email)
• attach documents to better substantiate your complaint
