Individuals and legal persons can apply for authorisation to the Ministry of Culture and Sports for:

• Building a new building, restoring or repairing or adding to an existing real estate, constructing outdoor areas of immovable property located within an archaeological site, historical site, protection zone or nearby monument
• Siting, installation and operation projects or activities for which prior approval by the Ministry of Culture and Sport is required
