If you are a beneficiary and you want to issue a parking card for people with disabilities (PwD), you will need to:

• enter your personal Taxisnet credentials
• enter your e-mail address
•  
• fill in and attach the application - formal declaration
• attach the required supporting documents (see them in the application form)

Upon submission, you will receive a unique service number, with which you can access the repository of replies. This is where you will be informed about the progress and closure of your case.

When collecting the new parking card, you will need to produce two small colour photographs (of the beneficiary), while in case you re-issue a parking card, your old one must be handed over.

Gradually, other regions will join.
