You may request the reassignment of your classification date, if you are absolutely unable due to health reasons to come to the Classification Unit after your invitation, due to a condition that is expected to last less than two (2) months.

You will need:

• to fill in your personal Taxisnet credentials
• accompanying documents supporting your request, as described in Information
• the Notice of Conscription

The supporting documents shall be submitted within five (5) days of the drafting of the opinion of the Garrison headquarters or the Local Council and within fifteen (15) days of the drafting of the opinion of the Special Military Committee (for residents abroad).
