You may request to be exempted from military service if you are the father who has been granted full custody by a final court decision of at least one (1) living adult unmarried child with a disability rating of at least sixty-seven percent (67%) for life.

When to apply:

• if you are a conscript: from the invitation to enlist until the date of your enlistment in the Armed Forces. If you apply later, the exemption is granted if you were eligible on the date of enlistment
• if you are a private: anytime after you enlist
• if you are a deserter: after your deserter is terminated

• attach any supporting documents
