As a civil servant you can carry out online ex officio searches for documents for procedures in your area of responsibility in real time.

Requirements

1. The procedure under your jurisdiction must have been published in the National Register of Public Procedures (EMDD - Mitos)
2. The document you are searching for must be provided electronically via the Interoperability Centre (GISDG) and must be included in the Register of Supporting Documents (MIDIC)

You will need the Public Administration Credentials.

Supporting documents available for search:

• Certificate of Marital Status
• Birth Certificate

Other supporting documents that meet the above requirements will be added to the application gradually.

In case it is not possible to issue the document in real time, you will be given the opportunity to submit a Problem Report to the competent Municipal Authority in order to have it removed. Then you can search for the document again.
