The Building Energy Efficiency Marketplace is a one-stop shop of the Regulatory Authority for Waste, Energy, and Water for the energy saving of buildings.
It is a digital marketplace that:
- It connects consumers (building owners) with energy service providers (ESCOs), suppliers and financiers.
- Offers reliable energy saving or upgrade proposals to building owners.
- It allows consumers to submit tailor-made bid requests for energy-saving projects (e.g. insulation, heat pumps, smart systems).
- It facilitates communication with suppliers, the selection of offers and the conclusion of contracts for the implementation of projects.
- It promotes innovation and digital transformation in the energy efficiency market.
Indicative types of supported energy interventions:
- Insulation of building shell elements.
- Heat pumps and intelligent automation systems.
- Mechanical ventilation systems with heat recovery.
- Installation of photovoltaics on rooftops with or without an electricity/battery storage system.
You will need to fill in your account credentials if you have completed your initial registration as either:
- consumers (owners of residential, commercial and office buildings)
- service providers (energy service companies, equipment and service suppliers, financiers, etc.)
