You may provide signed or anonymous information regarding alleged competition infringements in the Electronic Communications and Postal Services sectors. The provision of information does not constitute the lodging of a formal complaint, it is considered as “general information” that, where it is useful, may lead to an own-initiative investigation by the Hellenic Telecommunications and Post Commission. 
You will need to:

• specify whether the provision of information will be submitted named or anonymously
• provide the required details, such as the company name and incident particulars
• attach, where available, any supporting documents necessary for the substantiation of the information provided
