You can submit a surname or anonymous external report if you have become aware of and/or obtained information about an illegal business practice if you belong to the following categories of persons:

• Employees in a public/private institution.
• Shareholders or members of the Board of Directors of a management or supervisory body of the entity.
• Self-employed, consultants, home workers.
• Employees under the supervision and instructions of contractors, subcontractors, suppliers.
• Self-employed persons, trainees (paid/unpaid), volunteers.

You will need to:

• fill in your personal details for a branded report
• attach the necessary on a case-by-case basis to better substantiate your petition

The possibility to report also applies to employment relationships that have either not started or have ended.
