Through the Register of Wills you can apply to:

• look for a will filed with a notary after 01/11/2025
• issue a certificate of publication or non-publication of a will
• you are granted a record of the publication of a will by a notary
• you are granted a record of the declaration of the main owner of a will by a notary

You will need to:

• fill in your personal Taxisnet credentials
• fill in the details
• fill in the full details of the deceased and upload the death certificate or documents certifying his/her evacuation
• pay the relevant fee using an RF code (payment code)
