The legal representatives of venues that conduct private events with the participation of minors, you must register in the application the event, while accepting by the organizer (customer of the venue of the event) and signing an appropriate private agreement.

A prerequisite is that the venue of the event complies with the relevant legislation on the protection of minors.

Process steps:

1. The legal representative of the venue is linked to his/her personal access details to Taxisnet (or the company) and fills in the details of the event (Date and time of the event, title of the event, name of the organizer as well as the Tax Identification Number (AFM) of the organizer of the event.

If the organizer of the event is a legal person, the Tax Identification Number (AFM) of this legal representative is declared.
If the organizer does not have a legal form (e.g. 15-member school), the Tax Identification Number (AFM) of a natural person who will be responsible for the event (e.g. school teacher, president of 15-member school, etc.) must be declared and the appropriate private agreement must be signed electronically.

2. The organizer then logs in and signs the private agreement.

During the event, the parties are obliged to have the document available for any check, in paper or electronic form.

The data submitted digitally through the application can be accessed by the authorised officers of the competent Police Department or Port Authority.
