Authorised employees of public sector bodies can search the identification numbers of citizens' registers through the Personal Number (PΑ), in the context of procedures in your area of responsibility.

Using the Personal Number of the natural person, application returns the identification number available in the registers linked to the procedure of your competence (e.g. AFM, AMKA, etc.).

Required:

• the identification of the citizen as it is currently done
• be an authorised official of your institution

You will need:

• the Public Administration Codes
• have declared in the application "Public Administration Codes" the individual service email address, where you will receive the one-time password (OTP) for your entry into the application.

In case the citizen does not notify you of the PA but knows the identification number available in the registers, the procedure is processed as before.
