You can receive a subsidy for interventions that save energy and enhance the energy autonomy of your home by more than 30% through energy upgrading by at least three energy classes.
Includes separate incentives (increased percentage of specific budget grants) to support:

• Families with a member/members of persons with disabilities,
• Families with three dependent children
• Affected by earthquakes,
• Vulnerable households

General residence conditions (single-family houses or individual apartments):

• Legally Existing / Not Determined to be Demolished.
• It is used as a principal place of residence.
• It has been classified on the basis of the First Energy Performance Certificate (first energy performance certificate) in a category lower than or equal to C.

The eligible costs which can be subsidized are:

• Replacement of frames
• Installation/upgrading of thermal insulation
• Heating/cooling system upgrade
• Installation of a hot water system using Renewable Energy Sources 
• Other energy saving interventions, such as the installation of a smart home and the installation of an energy storage system (batteries)

You will need to:

• complete your personal Taxisnet credentials
• enter your e-mail address and the necessary information
• attach the necessary supporting documents

The programme includes evaluation phases with specific criteria. Each stage of the program has specific deadlines.
