Seafarers can issue, renew their proof of competency and obtain a certificate of proficiency. 

You will need to:

• fill in your personal Taxisnet credentials
• attach the necessary supporting documents
• issue and pay the applicable fee through the application e-paravolo

In the first phase, the application can receive forty (40) applications per day: twenty-five (25) for the specialisations of captains and fifteen (15) for the specialisations of engineers.
