You can apply for exemption from conscription if you are the father who has been given full custody by a final court ruling of at least one (1) adult unmarried child, with a disability rate of at least sixty-seven percent (67%) for life.

When to apply:

• If you are a conscript: from call-up to the date of your entry into the Armed Forces. If it is submitted later, the exemption is granted if you were eligible on the enlistment date.
• If you are a Private Soldier: anytime after your rank
• If you are a draft evader/deserter: after stopping your insubordination or desertion
