• Tendering and bid-rigging
• price fixing of products/services between competitors
• market placement/customer placement between competitors
• restricting or controlling production, markets or technical development
• foreclosure of competitors and products from the market, etc.
• anti-competitive behaviour by dominant companies imposing unfair prices or trading conditions, etc.

You will need to: 

• fill in the required information to better substantiate your report 
• attach the necessary documents
