You can apply for registration/modification or updating in the phytosanitary register of professionals.

The following persons are obliged to be registered in the register:

• professionals importing into or moving within the European Union plants, plant products and other objects for which a phytosanitary certificate or phytosanitary certificate is required
• professionals applying for a phytosanitary certificate and a phytosanitary certificate of pre-export certificate under Regulation (EU) 2016/2031
• professionals required to register by an EU implementing act
