Interested suppliers, installers and dealers of heating systems and water heaters may apply to participate in the Supplier Register of the ‘Change heating system and water heater’ programme.

Interested suppliers can be either:

• direct suppliers, i.e. undertakings entering into a direct transaction with the beneficiary (retail sale, establishment)
• indirect suppliers such as manufacturers, agents, importers or distributors

Conditions for registration in the Suppliers' Register:

• have an active Activity Code Number (KAD) relevant to the subject of the procurement;
• fully accept the terms and conditions of participation
• respect the technical specifications for each eligible product (e.g. energy efficiency, CE certifications, compliance with EU standards)

You will need to:

• fill in your personal Taxisnet credentials
• attach the necessary supporting documents on a case-by-case basis

Registered suppliers should:

• undertake the sale and installation of the subsidised equipment to the beneficiaries
• ensure that the equipment complies with the technical requirements.
