You can issue your Personal Number after confirming your identification data as kept in the Public registries. 

In case a correction is required in any of your identification data, you fill in or select the correct entry within the application and the corresponding register is automatically updated. 

You will need your personal Taxisnet credentials after registering with the National Contact Register (EMEP) to confirm your mobile phone number.

Select two of the three alphanumeric digits that will be added as a prefix to your Taxisnet number to form your Personal Number.

You can then follow the same process for your minor dependants.

The Personal Identification Number is issued once to each individual, is unique and cannot be changed.
