You can file a signed complaint for violation of the privacy of electronic and telephone communications to the Cyber Crime Division of the Hellenic Police.

You will need to:

• fill in either your internet banking credentials or your personal Taxisnet credentials (after first registering in the National Communication Register (EMEP) to confirm your mobile phone number)
• describe the necessary details (what, where, when, how) concerning your complaint
• attach any evidence you have if you deem it necessary

Depending on the nature of the alleged offence and the applicable law, further communication with the Cyber Crime Division may be required as well compliance with the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure on filing a lawsuit.
